A single intense day where you take Claude Code and Codex from demo toys to reliable tools in a real production codebase. You work in your own repository style, with spec-driven tasks, context engineering, review discipline and governance.
Price: Early bird 3,400 DKK. Normal price 3,900 DKK. Prices are excluding VAT. Seats: 15. Bring a laptop with Claude Code and Codex installed.
Agenda (8 hours)
09:00 - 09:30 - Where agents actually help The honest map of what Claude and Codex do well in production work, and where they cost you time.
09:30 - 10:45 - Setup and daily workflow Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode side by side. Model choice per task, cost control, and the loop you run every day.
11:00 - 12:15 - Spec-driven development Writing tasks that can drive autonomous code generation. Turning a vague ticket into a spec an agent can finish without supervision.
12:15 - 13:00 - Lunch
13:00 - 14:15 - Context engineering on a real codebase AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md and repository structure. Feeding the agent the right files instead of the whole repo.
14:15 - 15:15 - Review, testing and catching mistakes early Reviewing AI-generated code with the same rigour as human code. Adversarial tasks where the agent checks its own work.
15:30 - 16:30 - Production hardening CI integration, guardrails, secrets, and multi-agent workflows for larger changes.
16:30 - 17:00 - Governance and next steps Responsibility in enterprise environments, team rollout, and a concrete plan for your first month.
